Eden Handicap Service CentreI noticed that one of the things that Eden Handicap Service Centre does all the time (well, whenever possible) is to take the people with disabilities out to enjoy themselves. Regardless of whether they’re adult or children or if they’d require 100% assistance when out in the public. Backed by a continuous flow of volunteers, Eden Handicap has indeed changed the world of these people with disabilities.

On 26th April 2007, Eden Handicap once again did it.

Bravo!!! Bravo!!! You have helped us see the world in a different light.

The Nandos Restaurant in Queensbay Mall, Penang was invaded by 100 people with disabilities and staff of Eden Handicap Service Centre on 26th April 2007. The dinner was hosted by Ms Susan Cheah, who had made this possible. For many of our disabled friends, they did not have such opportunity due to various reasons.

It was a fun-filled day with smiles on their faces. They were given a choice of menu for selection. Upon arriving at Nandos, they were given a welcome drink. Everyone was treated with garlic bread followed by main menu that was the yummy yummy peri-peri chicken. Dessert was also served.

Besides the delicious food, they were each given a balloon, courtesy by Nandos Chicken.

Thank you Ms Cheah, for making this outing a memorable one for all of us at Eden Handicap.
