Two days ago, we covered the various ways in which you could sponsor me (or more precisely, Eden handicap Service Centre), so today we will explore some of the ways in which you can sponsor me without spending a single dollar.

Please note that the following suggestions are merely ways to encourage readers to “communicate” with and sponsor me during the Blogathon. So yeah, to encourage comments and participation from blog readers, I will offer a few incentives to those who leave me a (relevant) comment on specific posts OR who sponsor during specific hours, which will not be revealed now, of course:

1. I will donate RM5 to Eden Handicap for each comment :)
2. I will send each commentator a pretty turtle postcard.
3. Five lucky Malaysian sponsors will receive a copy of Yvonne Foong’s autobiography, I’m not sick, just a bit unwell, for FREE. The idea of killing two birds with one stone actually came from my sister. The sale of Yvonne’s books will go to her medical fund, and hopefully I’ll be able to attract more sponsors to donate to Eden Handicap by encouraging participation from my readers and visitors.

Besides that, YOU can contribute directly to the Blogathon without participating as a blogger. You may contribute a story or two concerning your personal experiences with people with disabilities. It could be your best friend in school, or your lecturer in the university, or a even a family member. Anybody or anything at all, that are disabilities-related. So if you have a story you’d like to tell, please let me know (leave me a comment), and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

I will reveal a couple of Blogathon badges that I’ve put together in the next two days. They aren’t exactly brilliantly designed, but I will be using those badges throughout the Blogathon, and you are welcome to download and use them on your sites too if you find them neat :)
