Dustyhawk is representing UNICEF

Posted by pelf on July 24, 2007

Fellow Malaysian blogathoner, Dustyhawk — or more popularly known as Serge “Dustyhawk” Norguard — is representing UNICEF for the third consecutive year.

UNICEFEver since his teenage days, he had been working around children. He taught Sunday school and he regularly visited orphanages. He has also seen many talented youngsters gone to the dumps because they cannot go to school, mostly due to financial problems and social stigma.

Think about it, our children is the future, they are the ones who own this world. And what do some of us adults do? We don’t give a rat’s ass about them, we believe that because they are young they should listen to us. In which I say bullcrap. With the help of UNICEF, children around the world who are hungry for education can be taught, hungry for nutrition can be fed and those hungry for love, will be loved.
